You’re invited to the Tri-County Animal Rescue Center’s annual International Homeless Animals Day event at Veterans Memorial Park in Clarion on Saturday, August 20th from 9 AM – 2 PM! Vendors, games for kids, music, a pet parade, a pet vaccine clinic, multiple speakers, a huge raffle, and MORE!

All proceeds directly benefit the cats and dogs of Tri-County Animal Rescue Center, which is a no-kill, nonprofit animal rescue located in Shippenville.
