Sykesville Banners for borough utility poles displays are available for veterans and first responders in the Sykesville area. Applications available at the Sykesville American Legion, the Boro Building and Mehok’s Barber Shop. The banner package costs $125 and includes one double sided banner for the borough and one yard banner for personal uses
